American designers have teamed up with Martha Stewart to write a cookbook to benefit The CFDA.

Over 100 designer members of the Council of Fashion Desiners America are collating thier favourite recipes along with illustrations of the dishes for charity. The group including Carolina Herrera (pommes toupinel), Zac Posen (butterscoot cookies) and Calvin Klein’s Francisco Costa (a whole dinner party) to name just three have submitted some of their favourite and most treasured recipes, as well as illustrations to match - organised in to a cook book with a forward by Martha Stewart, that will go on sale in September.
